On behalf of our client a well-established company operating in the Retail industry, GRS are looking for a Junior Brand Manager to join their Limassol based team. The successful candidate must have previous working experience in a similar role, ideally within the Retail industry. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Search for new niches, new products, and components
  • Product development from scratch: study of the scientific basis for the product (features of production, physical and chemical properties, chemical composition, principles of conservation, consistency stability, principles of component compatibility, advantages and disadvantages of each component, purpose of the components), the regulatory framework for the product, development of the USP.
  • Develop product positioning:
  1. Preparing the Brand Image System (BRS)
  2. Visual development
  • Pricing and monitoring of the competitive environment
  • Provide communication support for products: channels and methods of promotion, POS, online store content, video and audio content, Development of a product launch strategy (online, offline, event)
  • Carry out work with packaging: Development of packaging design, Compilation and approval of label information for the product
  • Control the timing of the launch of the product in production and sale
  • Merchandising
  • Development and implementation of training events and product presentations for trainers, stores, clients (webinars, presentations at events, speech modules, videos, product sales manuals)
  • Analysis of the assortment matrix of the assigned category. Tracking the life cycle of products. Recommendations for input, output, rotation, rebranding. Analysis of product relevance to market trends
  • Conducting consumer research, analysis of the competitive environment
  • Monitoring the implementation of the sales plan and taking corrective and stimulating measures
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
  • Previous working experience of 3 years in a similar role
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Fluency in Russian will be considered as an advantage
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to Executives
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns
  • Strong Analytical Skills

  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and marketing best practices
