Malta’s largest legal firm is looking for a Junior Corporate Administrator to join their team in Malta. The Corporate Administrator is an entry level role within the Corporate Servicing Unit. Candidates with no previous experience will be fully trained, while those with relevant experience would be given additional responsibilities. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Data input and maintenance of updated information on IT systems 
  • Organisation of physical and electronic files   
  • Scanning, filing, handling mail and couriers  
  • Drafting documents for review 
  • Liaison with government agencies, banks etc. 
  • Support the Client Services Officers 
  • Assist with administration requirements within the department 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Minimum “A” level standard of education 
  • Highly organised and motivated  
  • Excellent written and spoken skills in the English language  
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel  
  • Experience in a Compliance and/or Corporate Services environment will be considered an asset but not necessary. Full training will be provided
