GRS Recruitment is working with a leading financial services organisation in Limassol that is seeking a motivated Junior Dealer to join its Dealing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a career within financial markets, trading operations, and risk management. The successful candidate will receive exposure to a fast-paced trading environment and gain valuable experience working alongside experienced industry professionals.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with the maintenance and monitoring of the company's dealing systems
- Prepare and support the production of complex operational and trading reports
- Communicate with liquidity providers and aggregators to support pricing and execution activities
- Monitor financial markets
- Provide support and market-related updates
- Assist with the smooth operation of the dealing function and contribute to ongoing process improvements
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- University degree in Economics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field
- Strong interest in financial markets and trading operations
- Willingness to obtain the CySEC Advanced Certificate within six months of employment
- Excellent command of the English language
- Knowledge of MT4 and/or MT5 platforms will be considered an advantage
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability and willingness to work on a rotating 24/5 shift schedule
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- €18,000 - €24,000 Gross Per Annum
- Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate's suitability.
