MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor trading platforms, connectivity, and liquidity providers

Oversee smooth execution of client orders, including over the telephone
-
Analyse and report on trading activity of clients
-
Cooperate with relevant third parties to ensure continuous operation of the trading flow
-
Actively engage in departmental projects to improve and optimise the overall performance of the Company
-
Undertake assignments to ensure up-to-date efficacy of the Company’s trading architecture, including assessment, changes and updates to various settings
-
Monitor exposure to assist risk management function, including via hedging solutions
-
Participate in fulfilling the best execution criteria by contributing to the process of improving and maintaining the various aspects of relevant regulatory reporting

Monitor the markets in relation to its impact on the Company’s product line
-
Perform other duties as assigned
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Higher level degree (University/College) in a relevant field (Business/Finance/Economics)
-
Holder of Advanced CySEC certification
-
Experience of working in a CySEC-regulated CFD brokerage for over a year
-
Knowledge of trading software (MetaTrader 4 & 5; Administrator is an advantage)
-
Knowledge of connectivity solutions (liquidity bridges; oneZero is an advantage)
-
Understanding of hedging solutions for trading risk management purposes
-
Strong analytical skills (good knowledge of Excel)
-
Proficiency in English and Russian languages (any other languages are an advantage)

Strong teamwork qualities
-
Readiness to work on a rotational shift basis (8:00 – 16:00, 16:00 – 24:00, 0:00 – 8:00)
