MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary responsibility is to manage FX order flow across a wide range of portfolios, investment products, and geographies.

Execute complex and sophisticated trades in an efficient, timely and cost effective manner.

Work to improve workflows, reduce operational complexity and automate manual tasks.

Work with Portfolio Managers, BI and Data Science team to gain insights into trading outcomes and incorporate those insights into trade execution strategies.

Performing routine monitoring tasks to ascertain system performance and optimising system parameters.

Provide strategic and tactical market feedback to Regional Sales Managers.

Stay current on trading strategies based on research and data gathered from brokers and third party vendors.

Liaise with internal compliance, credit and risk functions on execution and trading related matters and functions.

Liaising with our technical team on the maintenance and enhancement of trading and monitoring systems.

Following the company’s operational procedures and internal controls in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Keeping up to date with financial markets information and conducting market research.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Previous experience in trading or brokerage within a Regulated environment.
-
Experience working within in a dealing room.
-
Educated to a degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, or any other language will be considered an advantage.

Advanced MS Excel skills.
-
Must be able to work rotational shifts.
-
Data driven.
