For this client we are searching for an experienced and qualified Forex Dealer to join their team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Primary responsibility is to manage FX order flow across a wide range of portfolios, investment products, and geographies.
  • Execute complex and sophisticated trades in an efficient, timely and cost effective manner.
  • Work to improve workflows, reduce operational complexity and automate manual tasks.
  • Work with Portfolio Managers, BI and Data Science team to gain insights into trading outcomes and incorporate those insights into trade execution strategies.
  • Performing routine monitoring tasks to ascertain system performance and optimising system parameters.
  • Provide strategic and tactical market feedback to Regional Sales Managers.
  • Stay current on trading strategies based on research and data gathered from brokers and third party vendors.
  • Liaise with internal compliance, credit and risk functions on execution and trading related matters and functions.
  • Liaising with our technical team on the maintenance and enhancement of trading and monitoring systems.
  • Following the company’s operational procedures and internal controls in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Keeping up to date with financial markets information and conducting market research.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Previous experience in trading or brokerage within a Regulated environment.
  • Experience working within in a dealing room.
  • Educated to a degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, or any other language will be considered an advantage.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Must be able to work rotational shifts.
  • Data driven.
