GRS Recruitment are working in partnership with an established financial brokerage group that specializes in Online Trading and Investment Services who are seeking to recruit a Junior Dealer to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Head of Operations in performing all daily BAU tasks as required by the Dealing Operations team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform daily broker reconciliations.

Monitor and validate daily Corporate Actions processing.

Ensure daily Trade Reporting has been performed as required.

Support internal departments with any Dealing Operations related issues.

Product and trading platform maintenance.
-
Static data maintenance.
-
Exchange holiday processing.
-
Support ongoing project work.
-
Maintain external counterparty relationships.
-
Process documentation.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a financial services role.
-
Good knowledge of Equities and commission free share dealing.
-
Proficient in SQL.
-
Advanced in excel.
-
Educated to degree level.
-
Team player, able to provide independent challenge.
-
Works on own initiative, confident to ask the “So what” question.

Ability to work under pressure and be adaptable.
-
Ability to work within a matrix management structure and international environment.

Attention to detail.
-
Professional manner.
-
Service orientated/self-starter attitude – can-do attitude.
