Our client is dedicated to providing top-notch trading solutions within the Forex and Fintech industries. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Trading Platforms Management

Assist in updating and maintaining settings on MT4/MT5 platforms (e.g., groups, symbols, trading holidays).

Support the investigation of platform and system issues.
Liaison and Support
-
Collaborate with the IT team and senior dealers on platform configurations, cloud server maintenance, and issue resolution.
-
Coordinate with Liquidity Providers (LPs) for symbol testing, trade investigations, and corporate actions such as dividends.
Trade Analysis and Monitoring
-
Monitor client activity, flagging and investigating any suspect patterns.

Assist in analyzing trades and ensuring proper execution.

Requirements

CYSEC Basic or Advanced Certificate is a must

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

Goal-driven and proactive with strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in interacting with colleagues, suppliers, and clients.

Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).

Enthusiastic team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.

Eligibility to work in Cyprus without visa sponsorship.
Desirable

Familiarity with MS Windows, MS Office, Gmail.

Basic understanding of the online financial trading industry (e.g., Forex, CFDs, MT4/MT5).

Experience with broker back-office systems, liquidity providers, or trading analysis tools.

Willingness to learn technical aspects of trading platforms, cloud-based servers, and bridging technologies.
