On behalf of our client, an international Lead Generation company with clients in Gaming, Financial Services & Communications, GRS are seeking to recruit a Junior HR Manager to join their team in Malta. You will be required to provide assistance to managers and employees on matters such as - employee relations, liaising with recruiters, contractual matters and taking care of the benefits and well-being packages. The ideal candidate will have 3 years’ experience in a similar role and ideally have a degree or diploma in HR related subject. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests,
  • Liaising with recruiters, pre-selecting profiles and supporting on job search,
  • Benefits administration, including healthcare, well-being packages, travel allowances etc.
  • Process new hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, leave of absence and existing employee changes related to payroll,
  • Assist with performance management procedures,
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas,
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops and seminars,
  • Assist with payroll and other HR projects,
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices,
  • Any other tasks and/or duties which may be reasonably required in this role.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Degree or diploma in HR
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated a strong commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels within the agency, maturity
  • and discretion.
  • Demonstrated initiative and sound judgment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
