The successful candidate must have a degree in HR Management or relevant field and need to fill the criteria of ANAD employment program for graduates. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the HR Manager in the onboarding/offboarding processes

Advertise available vacancies and assist in the shortlist of candidates

Update HR files

Assist with Training & Development program

Coordinate and support the implementation of HR policies

Coordinate the maintenance of the offices

Submit purchasing invoices

Employee Welfare

Monthly reports on HR matters and metrics
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Degree /Master in Human Resources or related field
-
Experience in the field should be less than 8 months

Great communication and organisational skills
-
Computer literate and independent user of Microsoft Office programs
