DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of automation hardware and software. Installation, configuration, and maintenance of automation hardware and software
- Diagnosis and resolution of technical problems related to IT and automation in the field
- Support and maintenance of the network infrastructure of the automation systems (e.g. Ethernet/IP)
- Interconnection of automation systems with IT networks and cloud platforms
- Documentation and maintenance of diagrams, backups, and manuals for automated systems
- Collaboration with automation engineers and programmers for upgrades and improvements
- Application of best cybersecurity practices for operating systems (OT – Operational Technology)
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Background in Engineering or related field
- Experience in IT support or helpdesk roles is desirable
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Basic knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Positive attitude with a desire to learn and grow in IT support
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- €17,000 - €25,000 Gross Per Annum
- Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability
