A global Accounting & Corporate Advisory firm is looking for a Junior Lawyer to join their Legal team in Malta. You will gain exposure into handling client queries and assisting the Legal team in day-to-day corporate services related duties. The ideal candidate will be a recently qualified lawyer, who has gained experience in Corporate services.  This is an excellent opportunity to join a global firm and gain exposure into Legal practices.   • Assist with a portfolio of clients in providing high-quality company services in line with applicable CSP regulations, including but not limited to the review of CRA and DD and any other necessary compliance check/s
  • Assist the group in reviewing internal BRA and CRA and relevant AML and Customer Onboarding policies and procedures applicable across the group
  • Assist in the daily communication with regulatory authorities and banking/financial institutions
  • Keep abreast with regulatory developments and changes that affect the business of the firm and that of its clients
  • Assist in Citizenship, Immigration and Employment related matters – including but not limited to client and group facing matters
  • Recently attained a degree in Law
  • In the process of obtaining the Warrant to practice in Malta
  • Ideally have attained exposure in Corporate Law
