GRS Recruitment are working with a boutique law practice who offer tailor made solutions and a personalized service to their clients focusing on corporate and commercial matters as well as immigration and real estate. For their growing Limassol team, they are currently seeking to recruit an Associate Lawyer. The successful candidate will be directly engaged with clients, participate in corporate brainstorming on finding solutions to clients matters and further advance their knowledge in the sector.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Drafting of supporting documents.

Assist with share purchase processes and change of directorships etc.

Drafting of sale purchase and assignment agreements.

Facilitate the land registry department process on behalf of client.

Involved with immigration legislation and various procedural matters in this area.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
University Degree in Law.
-
Admission to Cyprus Bar Association is considered an advantage.

Good communication skills.
-
Fluency in Greek & English languages. Russian language will be considered highly advantageous.

Creative and willing to develop.

Holder of Driving License.
