On behalf of our client, a fast growing, international company which brings analytics and technology solutions to the automotive industry, we are looking for Junior Live Chat Product Support (Remote).  The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as an analyst, be comfortable in a client-facing role, and be able to work from home.  If you believe that you would be suitable for this role, then we will be looking forward to receiving your CV!  
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Take part in conversation with the client to find solutions that fit their business but also ensure the feasibility and sustainability of the solution.
  • Analyse Live Chat Data to understand and suggest optimisations to increase lead volume and conversations with advisors
  • Understand the infrastructure whereby data is collected, either on a website or via media tools
  • Oversee and conduct complex media performance and digital channel analyses and report production
  • Communicate a ‘data story’, inclusive of visuals, to answer the client’s business needs
  • Support multiple implementation and document each changes to have history of what works and what is less recommended.
  • Present the products and conduct trainings to enable our customer to always use the system properly to get the best results
  • Manage multiple tasks across multiple projects in a timely manner
  • Work with different department from Sales to technical implementation
  • Help grow positive client relationships and trust through strong work and timely responsivity
  • Collaborate with a team remotely (Work from home)
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Bachelors or Masters’ degree in an analytical/business discipline, computer science or mathematics.
  • Ideally 3 years’ experience working as an Analyst.
  • Be fluent in English both written, verbally and data visualisation.
  • Familiarity with Digital Marketing concepts and attribution
  • Intuitive understanding of business analysis focusing on performance optimization
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Experience in brand or eCommerce platforms (preferably Automotive)
  • Insights in UX analysis
  • Experience presenting analysis and insights to stakeholders/clients
  • Experience gathering understanding and documenting business requirements for analytics initiatives
  • Quick learner not afraid to ask questions when help is needed
  • Ability to collaborate effectively on a workstream
  • Ability to manage time effectively across competing priorities
  • Comfortable taking initiative while executing a project
  • Project Management skills (Scrum master)
  • Strong skills in Excel (beyond only basic functions) and PowerPoint
  • Confident with Jira and Confluence
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills
  • The right person will help take responsibility for delivery of our services to some of our major clients, therefore you must be confident in a client facing role
