DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Energy trading & risk analytics

Renewable energy strategy (storage, forecasting, commercial models)

Large-scale business transformation & operating model redesign

Digital transformation & agile delivery (scrum, product thinking, AI tools)

Solve complex, real-world energy market problems

Build models, analyse data, and support trading & forecasting decisions

Work directly with senior consultants and clients

Contribute to high-impact transformation programmes across Europe

Develop storytelling, presentation, and client-facing consulting skills
CANDIDATE PROFILE

We’re looking for curious, ambitious thinkers who love solving problems:

Degree in Engineering, Physics, Maths, Computer Science, or Quantitative Economics

Strong analytical and structured thinking ability

Fast learner who enjoys complex challenges

Confident communicator in English (German is a plus)

Team player with an initiative and ownership mindset

Internship or project experience in analytics, energy, consulting, or digital transformation is a bonus
