DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in managing press and media relations, including drafting press releases and liaising with journalists and media representatives

Support social media engagement by creating content, scheduling posts, and interacting with followers

Contribute to internal communication efforts, ensuring employees are informed of key company updates and initiatives

Coordinate the logistics and marketing materials for conferences, exhibitions, and industry events

Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of communication campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement

Maintain and update marketing and communication materials, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms

Assist in researching industry trends and competitor activities to enhance marketing strategies

Support the creation of newsletters, presentations, and promotional materials
CANDIDATE PROFILE

University diploma in Marketing, Communication, or a related field

Excellent written and spoken English; fluency in additional languages is an advantage

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Knowledge of the most common Microsoft 365 tools and applications

Preferably, previous experience in marketing and communications
