DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Loyalty scheme coordination – outsourcing new outlets to increase the offering to clients, communicating the offers to clients and administration of the scheme

Processing of all invoices on Sun Procurement
-
Global Intranet: Responsible for updating the Global Intranet – company's central hub for collaboration and communication across international entities

Booking of adverts and keeping of records
-
Basic understanding of social media engagement and monitoring.
-
Coordination of competition to maximize our engagement on socials.
-
Monitoring of company mentions and coverage on both print and digital media.

Compilation of a report monthly of press coverage
-
Keeping budgets and general administration of the department.
-
Familiarity with media tracking and reporting (press coverage, digital mentions, etc.).

Ability to handle general departmental administration and multitask effectively.

Accountabilities: Loyalty scheme administration, procurement and budgeting, preparation of reports and monitoring of socials.

Helping in the daily running tasks of the department

Perform any marketing duties delegated by the senior members whenever needed.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Essential:

Strong organizational skills for coordinating and managing the loyalty scheme, competitions, giveaways, and advertising bookings.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client outreach and internal updates.

Analytical & reporting ability to compile and present monthly reports on media coverage and campaign performance.

Budget tracking and financial administration skills.

Attention to Detail and accuracy in processing invoices, maintaining records, and updating internal systems.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Preferably a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a drive to learn Marketing.

Experience: 2–3 years in a marketing coordination, communications, or administrative support role.
