MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer and direct phone calls

Responsible for communication (emails, telephones or face to face enquiries)

Organize and follow through meetings and appointments.

Take accurate minutes of meetings.
-
Provide general support to visitors.
-
Generate reports.
-
Maintain and update contact lists.
-
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters and forms.
-
Prepare and monitor invoices.
-
Submit and reconcile expense reports.
-
Research and create presentations as requested.
-
Handle multiple projects.
-
Book conference calls, rooms, taxis, couriers, hotels etc.
-
Be responsible for office supplies.
-
Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; construct market searching for new services, products etc.

Carry out daily administrative duties (filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.)

Assist with corporate administration tasks.
-
Assist with marketing tasks.
-
Assist with other tasks appointed by the directors and colleagues.

Manage staff appointments.
-
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Previous work experience is not necessary but is considered a plus, however full training will be provided by the Company.
