The successful candidate will be expected to perform business analysis functions, such as facilitating professional and constant communication, to analyse and validate requirements from clients, end-users and subject matter experts. You will ensure clean and accurate documentation of business requirements, client requirements, technical specifications and as well perform the actual training required. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Understanding the client’s needs, interpreting them into functional requirements, and translating them into proposals.

Analyzing the functional requirements of a project and communicating them to the Development Team.

Assuring the quality of the finished software, communicating to the client test scenarios, and discussing with them in detail any comments they have, to pinpoint problematic areas.
-
Producing deliverable documentation to the client.
-
Qualifications include managing and analyzing for multiple projects, both for projects from local and international clients and product development.

In addition to the above, tasks also include thorough unit and system testing to ensure quality of software and cross-platform compatibility.

Projects mostly involved in business intelligence and business solutions on web, desktop and mobile platforms.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
University / College graduate in an Information Technology related field.
-
At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst for software projects will be considered as an advantage.

Previous experience in public sector projects will be considered as an advantage.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Fluency in both Greek and English, both written and verbal

Project management experience will be considered as an advantage.

Experience in IT processes will be considered as an advantage.
