Our client, a leading international service provider for the gaming industry in Malta are seeking a Junior Recruiter to join their rapidly growing team. The successful candidate will report to the Talent Acquisition Specialist and assist with recruiting and selecting the best employees to further the company’s growth.   • Reviewing available positions and candidate requirements
  • Posting of all job adverts on social media and job sites
  • Tracking open positions using the Company's recruiting software
  • Conducting initial screening of applicants for various posts
  • Contacting candidate references and verifying education requirements
  • Communicating with candidates and setting up interviews
  • Managing the résumé database
  • Scheduling and conducting entry-level post interviews
  • Upkeep recruitment and selection records
  • Assisting third-country nationals with work permit applications
  • Assisting candidates with the relocation process by booking flights, accommodation etc.
  • Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices
  • Support the HR team in the day-to-day internal and external HR-related matters
  • A diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field
  • A minimum of 1 years of work experience in recruitment
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken is a must
  • Fluency in any other language will be advantageous
  • Excellent computer literacy with knowledge of Google suite and HRMS software
  • Excellent knowledge of employment procedures pertaining to TCNs
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and procedures
  • Ability to identify top talent and assess a candidate’s attitude, character, and skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
