A growing, international real estate and developer company is currently looking for a Junior Sales Manager to join the team in their Paphos-based offices. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responding to enquiries from potential clients on social media

Tours for private clients, B2C sector

Preparation and support for signing service contracts for B2C sector

Entering all queries from potential clients into CRM, maintaining CRM on request from senior sales directors

Transfer of new customer data to IT & Operations
-
Post-sales building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, coordinating minor commercial issues from clients with target functions (construction team, operational team, IT) and with senior sales directors

Maintaining a roster of new purchase options for the development of the product network

Quarterly snapshot of the volume of new hire/flexible format offerings
-
Processing requests for the use of the conference room including the signing of a model service agreement for the service
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Previous sales experience would be considered an advantage but not a necessity

Ambitious and can-do attitude, someone who is looking to grow their career

Fluency in English is a must, any additional language is considered an advantage

Very good organizational skills

Ability to communicate with clients
