GRS are working with a well-established CySEC regulated brokerage, who are looking to recruit a Russian speaking Trader for their offices in Limassol. The successful candidate will be monitoring portfolios, conducting ad hoc research and prepare investment reports. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate under the Senior trader’s instructions

Implement the Company’s objectives through the department’s activities
-
Originate and execute transactions for own account
-
Assess the performance of transactions and monitor them on a full-time basis
-
Liaise with relevant counterparties to ensure sufficient liquidity for own-account trading activities, optimize costs and maximize return of own-account trading business
-
Monitor limits and liaise with risk management to avoid or correct violations of limits
-
Monitor and ensure the establishment of Chinese Walls
-
Prevent and solve conflicts of interest by ensuring strict control of the flow of information to the remaining organizational units

Ensure the prevention of markets manipulation

Participate in the development of new products, implementation of systems and enhancements of business processes

Adhere to the Company’s Code of Conduct and confidential information

Report all significant matters of the department to the Senior trader and the Management
-
Ensure that the department operates as efficiently as possible and in accordance with CySEC relevant laws and regulations
-
Monitor the accurate and efficient separation between the client’s funds and securities, and the Company’s cash and securities.

Cooperate with other departments of the Company for the successful fulfilment of his duties and targets/strategies of the company

Any other duty or task the Senior trader or Management assigns to you
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Degree in business, economics, Finance or a relevant filed
-
CySEC Basic/Advanced will be considered an advantage

Previous experience in a traditional brokerage is a must
-
Exceptional analytical skills

Proficient in Microsoft office suite
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and at minimum conversational Russian

Highly organized and detail- oriented
