GRS is working with a well-established CySEC regulated investment firm specializing in institutional investments and is looking to recruit a Junior Trading Platform Administrator for their offices in Limassol. The successful candidate needs to be part of the team who monitors the operation of company’s trading platform. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure the continuous operation and running of the company’s trading servers and systems
  • Set up and maintain new and existing financial products
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support for users
  • Work closely with our risk team to resolve issues related to the trading platforms and systems
  • General MT4 and MT5 configurations
  • Improve and maintain the working order of existing procedures, trading environment and configurations, groups, symbols, gateways etc.
  • Integration, testing, and support of MQ native, third party and inhouse: tools, software, plugins
  • Ability to provide other departments with assistance in technical questions and ensure all tickets are answered
  • Contribute to a positive and dynamic working environment
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Experience in a similar role considered an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and oral
  • Experience with trading platforms, especially with MT4/MT5 admins will be considered an advantage
  • Experience with trading bridges will be considered as a plus
  • Knowledge in SQL queries will be considered an advantage
  • Good understanding of the Forex market
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Proactive and efficient with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently
  • Ability to review and test performance frameworks and provide feedback.
  • High numerical and analytical skills
  • Willing to work in a regulated environment and observe the guidelines set by the relevant governing body
  • Must be able to adapt to working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Microsoft Excel)
  • Ability to work on weekly rotated shifts (00:00-08:00, 08:00-16:00,16:00-24:00)
  • BSc/MSc in Information Technology, or any other relevant field
  • CySEC Advanced Diploma will be considered an advantage
