MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manages day-to-day relationships with clients, handles all communication, receives requests, obtains information and approvals

Manages all client projects, ensures timely delivery of service, generally acts as client representative of the Company

Acts as regional representative in the region where he/she is permanently based

Ensures that all client related information is properly registered in CRM and other corporate systems
-
Manages FMs assigned to client projects, sets tasks, controls statuses of project execution, compliance with agreed timelines and quality of service
CANDIDATE PROFILE

A Bachelor's Degree in a similar field

Prior experience of a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Russian)

High levels of professionalism, with the ability to use absolute discretion, initiative, and personal judgement for dealing with the sensitive and confidential matters

IT skills, good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
