A leading Pensions services company is looking for an experienced KYC/CDD Administrator to join their finance team in Malta. In this role you will play a key part in the processing of Client applications, the investment of their pensions funds and assisting Clients and the Financial Advisers on a wide range of technical and day-to-day queries. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conducting periodic CDD reviews on clients
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to request additional documentation
  • Liaising with clients and financial advisers to source documentation
  • Reviewing KYC documentation received from clients to finalise Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews
  • Maintaining internal databases
  • Collect and maintain client due diligence documentation in line with requirements
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills verbally and written.
  • Work on their own or as part of a team and maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work on projects.
  • Aptitude for IT systems especially Word and Excel.
