One of the world’s largest financial services companies, are working with GRS to recruit a KYC Administrator to join their Limassol team. The ideal candidate will have experience in back office and client on-boarding within Forex, and be happy to work on rotating shifts. If you feel you have the necessary skills and experience, then this Limassol based KYC Administrator position would be a great career move in joining a well-established brand who invests in their people.
  • Initial due diligence on clients’ accounts.
  • Verification and monitoring of Know Your Customer documentation.
  • Collaboration with other departments on verification and risk tasks.
  • Verification of accounts in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Assisting the risk department with review and monitoring of accounts.
  • Maintaining accurate records of tasks.
  • Promote the client’s financial products and services.
  • Must be computer proficient.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Experience in back office administration/accounting would be advantageous.
  • High fluency in English with any other European language favourable.
  • Happy to work rotating shifts 08:00-17:00 and 16:00-00:00 (1 week of month).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Open mind and willingness to learn.
  • Detail oriented and focused.
  • Capacity to perform repetitive tasks and work under pressure with strict deadlines.
  • Strong sense of professionalism and teamwork.
  • Excellent communication skills and inter-personal skills.
  • Be an independent employee but also be able to work well in a team.
