Our client is advising international investors and private clients on all aspects of law, specializing in Migration, Corporate, Banking and Land Law. GRS are looking for a Lawyer with 5-6 years of proven working experience to join their team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Take the lead in legal engagements and handle key client relationships

Litigation work and appearing in court, drafting and submitting court documents, preparation of pleadings and preparation and handling of hearings.

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements and documentation across a wide spectrum, sale and lease agreements, resolutions, POA, legal opinions etc.

Carrying out work concerning the Cyprus Land Registry for subjects such as property transfer and purchase, estate management, building permits etc.

Communication with clients on a daily basis and dealing with their everyday needs

To appear in other authorities for all client-related matters and coordinate with the authorities for various cases

Ad Hoc duties as and when required
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Holder of a Master’s/ Bachelor’s Degree in Law
-
Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
-
At least four years post-qualification working experience

Fluency in Greek and English (knowledge of other foreign languages will be considered an advantage)

Good command of Microsoft Office and Internet Navigation

Professional/personal presentation with a customer service orientation and enthusiastic team player

Highly organized individual with ambition who is willing to meet tight deadlines, multitask and work in a challenging work environment
