The ideal candidate will ideally have 3-5 years’ experience in the corporate field, as well as warranted in Malta. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Drafting and reviewing a variety of corporate and commercial documents.

Assisting in the handling of all corporate legal processes including mergers & acquisitions, securities offerings, intellectual property, compliance issues, etc.

Research and anticipate legal risks.

GDPR management
-
Drafting and checking of commercial contracts
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Fully qualified lawyer with a warrant to practice under Maltese law
-
3-5 years’ experience in a commercial legal role
-
Corporate knowledge
-
Experience in courts
-
Excellent commercial agreement skills

Fluent in English and Maltese
-
Ability to work autonomously and proactively
