GRS Recruitment are working with a well-established Law firm in Nicosia who are searching to recruit a Lawyer – Corporate, Banking and Finance to join the team in Nicosia. For this role we are looking for a professional individual with at least 5 years of relevant experience. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Advising on corporate, banking and finance transactions, including corporate lending, refinancing and restructuring.

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating facility agreements, security documents and ancillary finance documentation.

Drafting, reviewing and advising on Cyprus-law security packages, including charges, pledges, guarantees and assignments.

Drafting and reviewing memorandum and articles of association, corporate authorisations, powers of attorney.

Drafting and reviewing conditions precedent, including incumbency certificates, corporate registers and related documentation.

Liaising with local and international banks, financial institutions, clients and external counsel.

Managing assigned matters and transaction workstreams with appropriate supervision.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university

Qualified (ACA and ACCA)
-
At least 5 years of related experience in the audit department of an accounting firm

Excellent knowledge of Caseware and e-audit methodologies
-
Hardworking and enthusiastic professional with career aspirations and interest in further development within our Firm
