A global Accountancy Firm is looking for a Lead Consultant Organisational Change to join their team in Malta. GRS is looking for an individual with a strong, preferably varied, business background to join the Next Generation Consulting and Transformation team. In this role, you will lead, inspire and work in tandem with a team of problem solvers who support different companies in improving performance and achieve business growth. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct business development activities with the support of the leaders of the Firm
  • Manage the engagement sourcing processes whereby you propose and pitch for business
  • Lead cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams that swarm around the specific business issues which we would be resolving with the clients
  • Being accountable for the full cycle of executing the engagement: from designing the approach, undertaking and coordinating the analytical work and staff, and presenting the arising and final conclusions with the clients
  • Monitor the project administration of the engagements and related onboarding processes
  • Participate and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions about business innovations
  • Build and maintain an internal and external network of business contacts
  • Coach and guide high-performing teams
  • Communicate through online channels, business appropriate and professionally relevant business knowledge
CANDIDATE PROFILE 
  • Minimum MQF Level 6 Graduate in any one of the following disciplines: Economics, Business Management, Creativity, Entrepreneurship, Human Resources and/or Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years in operational decision-making roles, or consulting or leadership of business functions
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience in assessing processes, activities and ways of working
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and assess requirements/issues, consider and analyse the impact and solutions to address these
  • Innate curiosity at how technology can improve processes, models and work organisation and the confidence to try new experiments
  • Passionate about talent management and how to maximise the people resources in change journeys
  • Ability to manage stakeholders and lead complex projects
  • High proficiency in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint
