In this role you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of innovative training programs and digital learning solutions. MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSILBILTES
Program & Project Management

Develop new programs aligned with the company’s strategic direction.

Suggest learning solutions, methods, and approaches to meet client and user training needs.

Ensure all products meet quality standards and client requirements.

Plan, initiate, and oversee multiple projects within larger programs.

Define tasks, prioritize activities, and set clear milestones.
-
Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
-
Maintain proactive communication with project teams, SMEs, stakeholders, and clients.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
Learning Solutions & Instructional Design
-
Propose creative ideas to enhance learner engagement and quality.

Keep up to date with eLearning trends and best practices.

Organize and oversee video production, including coordination with presenters and actors.

Select the right delivery methods and technologies for optimal learning outcomes.

Review courses, test functionality, and recommend improvements.
Commercial & Collaboration

Evaluate potential partners and learning content providers.

Discuss collaboration opportunities with new and existing clients.

Prepare tailored eLearning proposals and quotations based on client needs and budgets.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Proven experience in program or project management, preferably in eLearning, training, or digital content production.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to prioritize and make decisive, informed decisions.

Advanced problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Experience managing budgets and resources.

Familiarity with instructional design principles and learning technologies.

Professional, detail-oriented, and committed to quality.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Business Administration (MBA), Human Resources, Digital Learning Technologies, Project Management, or a related field.

PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) will be considered an advantage.
