An international digital marketing specialist are working with GRS to recruit a Legal Counsel for their Limassol office. The successful will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Corporate & Commercial Law.   • Legal support of the company’s business, management, back-office, and other departments.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and reconciling agreements (R&D, employment, license, SHA, SPA, consulting, etc.)
  • Ensuring data protection compliance (GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, etc.)
  • Ensuring compliance with App Store, Google play policies
  • Ensuring proper IP transfer from the third parties, IP clearance of the company’s projects, protection of the ideas, inventions, and other creative products.
  • Drafting and updating documentation with end users (terms of use, privacy policy, etc.)
  • Registration of subsidiaries, maintenance of corporate documentation of the company.
  • Consultations on different matters for employees and shareholders regarding law and regulations in Cyprus, English law.
  • Counterparties due diligence in accordance with KYC process.
  • Work with the external lawyers and legal firms, support of relationships with the banks.
  • Development of the full set of the company’s policies.
  • Educated to degree level in Law
  • A minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a similar position, ideally within the IT sector.
  • Highly fluent in English with Russian being advantageous.
  • Strategic thinking and multitasking.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise complex workload.
