A reputable legal firm based in Paphos is seeking an experienced Legal Administrator specialising in Litigation to join their professional team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide administrative support to litigation lawyers, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Manage case files, legal documents, and correspondence with utmost attention to detail.
  • Assist in drafting and formatting legal documents, including pleadings and contracts.
  • Schedule meetings, hearings, and appointments, maintaining the team's calendar efficiently.
  • Liaise with courts, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure timely case progression.
  • Maintain an organized filing system (both physical and digital) for case-related documentation.
  • Conduct basic legal research to support case preparation.
 
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Prior experience in litigation or a similar legal administrative role is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications and legal practice management software.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful individual with a strong work ethic.
