A top-tier legal firm is looking for an experienced Litigation & Dispute Resolution Lawyer to join their team in Malta. The role entails involvement in an interesting, challenging, and varied range of proceedings, including litigation before the superior courts, representation of clients before administrative and other tribunals, as well as involvement arbitration and mediation. The ideal candidate will have 3 years’ experience and law degree with warrant to practice as an advocate in Malta. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Advise and represent clients in litigation and alternative dispute resolution, in collaboration with senior lawyers and other members of the team

Draft and review of judicial acts

Draft legal opinions relating to general civil and commercial matters.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
A minimum of three (3) years’ experience, preferably including previous work in litigation.

Degree in Law and warrant to practice as an advocate in Malta

Good written and verbal communication skills in Maltese and English

Ability to work against tight deadlines
