A leading legal firm is looking for a Litigation Lawyer to join their local Litigation team in Malta. Our client has an array of both local and international clients, and you will provide advice on civil and commercial litigation, family law disputes, industrial disputes, and arbitration. The ideal candidate will have a law degree obtained in Malta and at least 2 years’ litigation experience. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Research and draft legal and judicial documents

Assist the team concerned with the day-to-day handling of the case load, liaising with clients

Individual client handling

Attending court sittings
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Law degree obtained in Malta

Able to converse fluently in both English and Maltese

Ideally 2 years’ litigation experience (candidates with a keen interest in litigation also considered)
