GRS Recruitment are seeking a professional from the Construction and Property industry to manage a portfolio of private residential buildings and a small private residential construction project. The successful candidate will speak English and Greek fluently, have both international and local experience and contacts and have a sophisticated eye for detail.  The position is set working hours however requires someone with a flexible approach.  If you have a background in Civil Engineering, Facilities Management or as a technical competent Project Manager along with excellent managerial and communication skills then apply for this unique Limassol based Management role today!
 
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Inspecting and maintaining vehicles, tools and equipment required to perform the role effectively
  • Creating and following a maintenance plan for the equipment
  • Staying on-call and completing emergency maintenance when equipment breaks down
  • Establishing maintenance policies and procedures
  • Managing the budget for the maintenance of equipment
  • Keeping a record of preventive and emergency maintenance carried out
  • Ensuring the project complies with safety regulations while maintenance takes place
  • Conducting site inspections and identifying areas requiring extra maintenance work
  • Scheduling contractors for major repairs as required
CANDIDATE PROFILE 
  • Ability to understand a variety of engineering procedures and functions, such as electrical, mechanic and hydraulic systems and etc.
  • Enthusiasm to learn modern methodologies, technologies, construction materials, equipment and etc.
  • Good verbal communication skills, including active listening and the ability to translate complex information
  • Ability to read technical drawings, manuals and technical specifications
  • Attention to details, ensuring maintenance tasks are not overlooked and minor site problems do not become major site problems
  • Organizational skills for scheduling maintenance tasks and ensuring job completion, even during emergencies
  • Team-working skills to liaise and work cooperatively with individuals at all levels
  • Physical strength to perform physically demanding tasks
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Customer service skills
  • Greek and English language is a must
  • Both Local and International experience
