A local renewable energy firm is looking for a Maltese speaking Business development Executive to join their team in Malta. You will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will have 1 years’ experience within sales, be fluent in Maltese and English and have a clean driving license.   • Set sales goals and developing sales strategies
  • Analyse the territory/market's potential. Identify trends and untapped opportunities.
  • Researching prospects and generating leads
  • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals
  • Managing the sales process through specific software programs
  • Building and maintaining a CRM database
  • Handling of tenders and relative documentation
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Participating in sales team meetings
  • 1+ years sales experience, training will be given
  • Fluent in Maltese & English
  • Clean driving license
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a track record in sales.
  • Have excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritise and think strategically.
  • Entrepreneurial, reliable and resourceful. Self-starter and self-driver with proved ability to focus on solutions rather than on problems.
  • Hold a strong business acumen as well as tech literacy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs
  • Good base salary (OTE €40,000 to €50,000 including commissions)
  • Company car (or car allowance)

  • Mobile phone
