Our client, a well-known Insurance firm which provides exceptional motor insurance to their clients, are working with GRS to recruit a Maltese speaking Call Centre Agents to join their team in Malta. Your customer service skills will be put to the test as you handle incoming calls and provide back-office administrative support to clients on a shift basis. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Maltese and English with great customer service skills, ideally gained within a call centre environment. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Answer and handle incoming calls
  • Correspond with foreign and local third parties by email
  • Identify, research and resolve customer queries using applicable software
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Complete call logs and reports
  • Other call centre related duties as assigned
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications including the ability to learn and navigate new software
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle the stressful situation appropriately
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and work in a dynamic environment
  • Speaking and writing in English is a must
  • Speaking and writing in Maltese is an asset
  • Knowledge of basic home installation (would be considered an asset)
  • experience in a call centre environment (would be considered an asset)
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles (would be considered an asset)
