A dynamic online marketing company are working with GRS to recruit a Management Information & Data Analyst to join their expanding team in Limassol, Cyprus. We are seeking a responsible, hardworking, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual with strong business acumen and multi-tasking abilities. The successful candidate will be a qualified Finance professional with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualified experience, and a high fluency in English. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Engaging the business to identify needs and to deliver reporting and analysis to meet these needs.

Working closely with the FP&A Manager, fellow analysts and other areas of the business to manage and develop credible analytics, forecasts and budgets.

Supporting the growing data requirements of the organisation.

Act as an integral member of the team, being fully immersed in day-to-day activities and initiatives and available to support rapidly evolving MI and data analysis requirements.

Work with the business and commercially focused teams to develop and refresh timely, relevant and insightful MI and monitoring reports to support senior management’s evidence-based decision making.

Support Business Partners to deliver MI solutions to the Business.

Creating and delivering commercial analysis, providing insights using varied and the most appropriate analysis techniques.

Analysing performance, spotting trends, and providing insightful recommendations that drive action.

Providing data, analysis, and financial support to assess commercial opportunities.

Proactively developing business improvement solutions, striving for best practice and continuous improvement where appropriate.

Create dashboards to support business objectives and commercial decision making.

Provide compelling MI and analysis focusing on customer, channel & product reporting including performance and profitability.
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, CFA, CIMA) desired.

Minimum of 2 years of post-qualified experience.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Advanced BI tools and dashboard building skills.

Experience of full P&L reporting and working with balance sheet and cash flow.

Confident in managing senior stakeholders.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to think creatively and solve problems.

Highly organised and meticulous person.

Very strong analytical capabilities.

Deep understanding of business processes and data.
