MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plan, brief, monitor and communicate all aspects of payments reporting including transaction success – customer satisfaction – flow volumes and trends – costs of solutions by market
  • Propose and influence recommendations for shifts in flow of transactions for the benefit of customer success and cost reduction 
  • Work with the integration team to design and implement processing flows for new solutions and continually optimising and documenting existing flows
  • Collaborate with CX and operations team to optimise customer experience aspects of payments 
  • Establish and maintain a framework for risk assessment, reporting and notifications for suspicious activity
  • Support with bank account opening administration, working alongside Finance team
  • KPIS: Success rates, Financing fees optimizations, Processing workflows automations, Payment Csat
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Have experience of managing a small team and being involved in all parts of the employee life-cycle
  • Ability to translate the overall company strategy and apply to the direction of your team 
  • Developed teams to create an environment of continuous learning and enhance engagement
  • Leading a team to ensure that KPI’s are met and to the level required
  • University Degree in Economics/Accounting/Finance/IT/Projects management or in a related field will be considered as an advantage
  • Fluency in English with upper level is required (both verbal and written). Any additional language will be considered as an advantage
  • Previous experience in any Payment provider/Financial institution/Payment institution is a must
  • Understanding of how payment systems, acquiring, settlements work is a must
  • Computer literate –very good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, MS Outlook
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively network with stakeholders, handle multiple tasks and track and report on progress
  • Previous experience in the Forex industry will be considered as an advantage 
  • Previous experience in corporate management/administration will be considered as an advantage
  • Must be detail and result oriented, analytical, and organized as well as a self-starter with the ability to think creatively
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, to work in a fast-moving environment and to meet aggressive goals with multiple competing priorities
  • A proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners
  • Provide expertise and support to our sales, customer support, and Partners teams regarding successful ratio of the implementation of various payment solutions with key strategic partners and merchants
  • Utilize expertise on market knowledge and data analysis to contribute to our overall product and company success
