A leading Residency & Citizenship company is looking for an experienced Client Advisor to join their team in central Malta. The role is part-time, either 20 to 25 hours per week initially, but could grow into a full-time position. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients and providing professional advice to international high-net worth individuals in relation primarily to residency and citizenship. The ideal candidate will have 2 years’ experience in a professional sales/ advisory environment with fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with client / introducer requests and guidance in relation to residency and citizenship in a timely and professional manner
  • Actively look for and pursue new leads by keeping regular correspondence with the current and prospective introducers, attending conferences, and holding webinars
  • Effectively communicate with prospective clients to determine their financial and personal objectives, or other information needed to engage in the services offered by the firm
  • Prepare contracts and engagement forms possible also in Chinese language
  • Conduct, and lead meetings effectively while following the meeting agenda, taking minutes, and ensuring that follow-ups are sent on a weekly basis
  • Build and maintain relations with introducers and prospective clients in the targeted jurisdictions
  • Produce any reports and documentation as may be required by the manager
  • Assist with posts on social media and digital marketing if required
  • Support and adapt to changes in response to business needs
  • Work closely with the Advisory and Business Development team to propose new and recommended business development strategies
  • Ensure continuity of service to the portfolio of clients engaged with the firm and assist the servicing team with ad hoc duties such as translation of documents, identifying personal documents issued in the advisor’s native language and assist with translations during client meetings
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Knowledgeable about the current residency/citizenship legislation and keeping abreast with any developments with regards to the relevant residency and citizenship programmes and/or legislation and regulations
  • Two years’ experience in a professional sales/ advisory environment with fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Medium user level in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Punctuality and reliability, effective multi-tasking skills, ability to work calmly under pressure with a meticulous attention to accuracy and detail
