Our client a leading global Wealth Management Group is looking for a Mandarin Speaking Relationship Manager to join their Team in Sharjah. This is a fast-growing company with offices across Europe, Middle East, Asia, Africa and Latin America.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain Customer Relationship with High-Net-Worth clients and be point of contact for any customer issues

Provide Professional client experience via Phone, Chat or Email

Support and increase customer’s trading and investment activities
-
Identify Business opportunities during daily activities
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
1 – 2 years’ experience in similar role
-
Native Chinese Speaking and written skills is MUST
-
Passion about Financial Market and following the Market Trend.

Ability to provide Professional Services.

Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skill
-
Bachelor’s degree
-
Strong MS Office Skills
-
Flexible work rotation on Day / Night / Public holiday

Relevant trading experience would be an advantage.

Global Equity trading experience will be an advantage.
