The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-year previous experience in an operations role within the maritime sector. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Serve as the first point of contact for all customer related queries.

General operational tasks related to company activities, i.e., marine services.

Explaining to the customers company procedures and fees.

Processing and handling of customer invoices.

Procurement tasks, project management and other general administrative tasks.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Knowledge of Russian and English language is essential with Greek being highly favourable.

Previous experience in the shipping industry of 1-2 years within the operations department.

Computer literate with excellent command of the Microsoft Office.

The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Strong time management skill.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
