GRS are seeking an ambitious Marketing Administrator to join an established and growing Forex firm. The successful candidate will be working on varied tasks and projects within the Marketing Team, ensuring the overall performance of the timely delivery of a range of requests. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation and coordination of the department’s activities.
  • Assist the Head of Marketing Operations in overseeing the department’s projects.
  • Support the team to ensure an efficient workflow when managing the creative aspects of various types of promotional campaigns.
  • Manage the approval process for all creative content with Compliance and Legal department.
  • Coordinate the translation of content with external agencies and distribute to the team for implementation.
  • Create Tracking Links for media buy and social media campaigns and ensure they are properly implemented.
  • Distribute digital communication messages to clients using push notifications, emails and appCues, after securing the appropriate approvals (from Legal, Risk Management or Senior Management where applicable) and translations.
  • Manage the Affiliates platform by onboarding new affiliates, while handing and retaining the communication with existing ones.
  • Maintain and update the marketing materials on the Affiliates platform, ensuring that everything is up-to-date and relevant to current campaigns.
  • Completion of on-demand daily or on-going tasks depending on the needs and requirements of the department.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Degree in Marketing or Business Administration may be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent written and communication skills in English. (other additional languages will be considered advantageous).
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, quick to learn.
  • Be able to work without constant management supervision.
  • Team Player with strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
