GRS Recruitment are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing & Social Media Officer to support the company's marketing, branding, digital presence, and communication activities in Nicosia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, coordinating marketing campaigns, supporting events and business activities, and helping strengthen the company's public profile. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys a varied workload and can work independently in a fast-paced environment. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the company's social media accounts and create engaging content.

Prepare posts, newsletters, presentations, and basic marketing materials.

Update website and digital content when required.

Assist with events, meetings, and promotional activities.

Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements.

Support general marketing and communication tasks.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
-
Previous experience in marketing, communications, social media, or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Fluency in Greek and English is required.

Good knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Knowledge of Canva or similar design tools will be considered an advantage.

Travel: Occasional international travel may be required (0–3 trips per month).
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- €30,000 - €40,000 Gross Per Annum.
- Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
