MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, implement and monitor marketing processes, including strategic planning, quarterly planning, campaigns execution and others

Design new processes or procedures depending on the business requirements

Maintain work process flows by coordinating information and requirements with related operational departments and participating with and providing resources to people and teams
-
Communicating campaign deliverables, objectives and timelines to their team while providing instructions for promotion or use
-
Tracking and reporting of different marketing metrics
-
Conduct research to analyze the competitive landscape, market trends and customer behavior and preparing reports by collecting, summarizing and analyzing data
-
Maintaining an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products, and its client base to implement effective marketing campaigns
-
Managing and supervising marketing projects from beginning to end
-
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with external vendors
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Minimum 2-3 years experience in a similar role

Highly motivated, proactive, self-driven and results oriented mindset

Excellent attention to detail, natural curiosity and ability to problem-solve creatively

Capability to work independently while prioritizing multiple projects and tasks

Comfortable at working with big volumes of data

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

Advanced English proficiency

Power user of Microsoft Excel

Power user of Jira or other similar task / project management systems

Experience with project management theory and best practices will be an advantage

Previous experience in FinTech / Trading / Gaming / Gambling is a plus
