A prestigious property advisory & investment firm is searching for a marketing coordinator to join their team in Malta. You will play a crucial role in enhancing their digital presence and promoting their properties whilst working closely with the management team to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with their brand and business goals. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee and manage content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

Develop engaging content to feed social media channels

Stay updated on local and global market trends to ensure the brand remains fresh and competitive.

Manage the company blog on WordPress, performing keyword research, generating titles, and overseeing backlinking strategies.

Handle administrative duties, such as maintaining accurate records and processing payments
-
Assisting the team with the preparation of presentations, documents and lease agreements as required
-
Updating the company database with all the records relating to requests, updating interactions and closing opportunities as won or otherwise
-
Assist with the management of company collateral, including brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials
CANDIDATE PROFILE

A strong creative mindset.

A good understanding of customers' digital journey throughout different channels.

Must be located in Malta.

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.

Excellent English both verbal and written.

Experience in real estate marketing, with a deep understanding of property marketing principles and strategies is a plus

Ability to develop and implement strategic marketing plans for properties.

Knowledge of local real estate market trends and competitor activities is considered a plus

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in managing property listings and databases.

Proficient in the use of Customer Relationship Management systems
