DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan, develop, and execute targeted marketing campaigns across digital and print channels.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (designers, agencies, printers) to deliver on-brand marketing materials and campaigns.

Manage and update the company website and social media with fresh, engaging content.

Create promotional assets, including brochures, newsletters, case studies, and presentations.

Organise and support events, webinars, trade shows, and client-facing engagements.

Track, analyse, and report on marketing performance metrics to drive improvements.

Align marketing activity with commercial goals, including lead generation support.

Assist in managing the marketing budget and track spend against targets.

Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and materials.

Stay up to date with the latest marketing tools, trends, and technologies.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Proven experience in marketing, ideally with a background in IT or engineering sectors.

Strong understanding of digital marketing and SEO strategies.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficient in marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics software.

A proactive approach to identifying marketing opportunities and problem-solving.
