GRS Recruitment are delighted to present an exciting vacancy for a Marketing Executive at a well-established Real Estate company based in Paphos. The role supports the Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager in delivering content, campaigns, and promotional materials for the company and its projects. The successful candidate may lead specific activities as workloads require.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create graphics, social media content, brochures, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Select and edit photography and video to produce polished, on brand visual content.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across the website, social media, and marketing materials.
- Work with the Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to implement the company’s marketing strategy.
- Coordinate social media publishing and community engagement in line with the Marketing Manager’s content calendar. Lead specific social media activities when workloads require it.
- Coordinate the setup, monitoring, and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms under the direction of the Digital Marketing Manager. Take the lead on specific campaigns when the Digital Marketing Manager’s workload requires it.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Senior Management teams and external partners to coordinate promotional activities.
- Ensure visual content reflects a cohesive brand identity across residential and commercial projects
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Good understanding of marketing principles and a strong portfolio demonstrating visual judgment and design skills.
- Proficiency with design and content creation tools, with the ability to adapt to new tools and workflows.
- Photography and video editing skills are an advantage.
- Very good command of both English and Greek.
- Experience in real estate or property development is an advantage.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- €21,600 – €24,000 Gross Per Annum.
