The selected candidate will contribute to create and develop from scratch integrated marketing campaigns to promote their products, services, employer branding and will support the Board of Management. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administrate the social media of the group
- Optimising website
- Coordinating sponsorships and events
- Implementing employer branding strategies
- General marketing administration duties
- Collaborating with the management team to identify the core values their brand represents.
- Conduct market research to gain insight into current customers and target customers
- Develop marketing strategy plans
- Establish goals to improve a brand's reputation and reach their key customers
- Grow and adapt the brand's identity to reflect changes to the company's values, customer preferences, and external social and economic conditions
- Analyse company KPIs to identify strengths and areas for improvement regarding marketing strategy
CANDIDATE PROFILE

Degree in Marketing or equivalent qualification Experience

Minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role

Maltese speaker is an advantage

Construction Market experience will be considered

Clean Driving Licence Category “B”
