A growing, international real estate and developer company is currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join the team in their Paphos-based offices. The successful candidate will have proven relevant experience of at least 2 years, preferably within the real estate industry. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Marketing support: developing and implementing marketing strategy
- Briefing creative and SMM teams
- Regular analysis of the effectiveness of marketing activities
- Development of promotion strategy and its implementation (digital campaigns)
- Coordination of paid lead generation campaigns; creation, systematisation and timely updating of lead forms on the Internet
- Regular analysis of competitors
- Initiation of work with external partners (collaborations, joint projects)
- Ability to work in 1C, document management, budgeting
- Preparation of technical tasks and control over production of POS materials, advertising constructions
